BOARD MEETING

Present:

Voting: Millard, Demaree, Erickson, Pyeron, Moyes, Volcheck, Letteron, Jones, Cooke, Burdick; Non-Voting: MaryPat Clarke, District 14 Councilwoman.

Also Present:

David Hill, E.D., CVCBDMA; Diana Mitchell, CVCBDMA; Alison Wilhite, CVCBD Vista; Guests: Dawna Cobb, Charlie Kelly, Waverly Main Street President, Michael Haney; Carl Stokes; Ron Griffin; Mariann Millard; Salem Reiner, JHU.

Call to Order:

The meeting was called to order at 7:05 pm. Quorum achieved.

MOTION: Approve Waverly-area merchant Verdell Smith of Hair International (3044 Greenmount) to the Board - subject and contingent upon eligibility - in place of one of the two open board seats of the defunct Waverly Merchant Association. Vote: Approved unanimously.

Mr. Smith was recommended by Waverly Main Street President, Michael Haney. Mr. Haney submitted documentation to Mr. Hill including a profile of Mr. Smith, which Mr. Volcheck read to the Board.
