2008 Board of Directors
A Board of Directors of the Management Authority oversees
the District and includes representatives from neighborhood
and business associations, non-profits and religious institutions,
the Baltimore City Council, and the Mayor's Office.
The Board also includes four at-large members, called Quad
Representatives, who are elected annually by the community.
Members of the CVCBD Board of Directors meet socially with members of the Board of Directors of the Greater Homewood Community Corporation at JHU’s Hodson Hall. Starting from the left among those standing, CVCBD members are: Robin Truiett-Theodoroson (1st left), Dana Moore (2nd left), Suzanne Riveles (4th left), Jeff Millard (7th left), Myron Seay (9th left) and Richard Burnham and Ron Griffin (1st and 3rd from the right in the far back).
*Board of Directors Meeting Schedule:
Effective the first week of February 2008, all CVCBD Board and Committee meetings will be held in the conference room of the CVCBD office located at 2434 St Paul Street unless otherwise indicated on the CVCBD Calendar.
The regular schedule is as follows:
Board of Directors meets every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
Outreach and Communications Committee meets every first Thursday of the month at 6:00 p.m.
Finance Committee meets every 3rd Thursday of the month 6:00 p.m.
Executive Committee meets every 3rd Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
Governance Committee meets every 4th Thursday of the month 7:00 p.m.
Safety, Sanitation and Revitalization Committee meets every 1st Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
